I haven't been able to bring myself to read the Knife of Dreams, because I disliked Book 10 so much (there's a rant on my blog about it somewhere) -- not that that should discourage you from reading it! I'm sure I won't be able to keep away forever; it's too addictive.

Sad to hear he's sick, though.

Yeah, I guess that's an advantage of falling behind. For a while there I was having to buy the hardback versions and they are a pain to lug around.

There's such a huge fanbase, I'm sure someone will be setting up online statements of support and online i-will-donate-a-kidney sheets and so on.

How about an online signup sheet in support of Jordan's recovery? It would be a statement of support for all of us.

I'm about half way done with Knife of Dreams. The problem is that I bought it in hardback, and since I travel so much with so much luggage, I can never bring it with me!

And there's also that when book n comes out, I forget wtf happened in the prior n-1 books. I actually went back and re-read them all, at one point!
