Crap. Stuff like this makes me I wish I were a mathematician: Scientists make music into mathematical shapes. It’s totally what my still-uncompleted-thesis is about*, except … um, without the actual math part. 
Anyone have a subscription to Science? 24 hours will not be enough time for me to absorb the paper.
* In the seeing-parallels-between-things-and-other-things sense, where one thing is design/thought/problem-solving, and the other is n-dimensional geometrical structures. The intuition of an invisible order and structure is nothing new, but I want to be able to see it! I should probably just take lots of drugs some day and be done with it.
